Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled under the following conditions:
- Before Shipment: You can cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped for a full refund.
- Post Shipment: Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
Refund Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If there's an issue with your order, here's how we handle refunds:
- Damaged or Quality Issues: If you receive products that are damaged or have quality issues, please report them within 24 hours of delivery with photos.
- Missing Items: If any item is missing from your order, we will either refund the amount or ship the missing item in your next order.
- Refund Process: Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Non-Refundable Items
Perishable items like certain vegetables and fruits cannot be returned once delivered unless they were damaged at the time of delivery.
